REPORT ON GROUP 4’S


PRESENTATION

Subject: Business English

Nha Trang, October 26th, 2023

I) INTRODUCTION

On October 19th, 2023, Group 4 launched their journey from Da Nang to Hoi An
to Hue, which was an upgrade over the previous edition. The purpose of this
report is to assess Group 4's debut with a few important alterations and the
reasons for those changes; it also contains comments from each member and a
score derived from my perspective. This report also provides a conclusion and
suggestions.
II) BODY
a) Content
The group provided a list of unfamiliar vocabulary before presenting the key
points, which may have made it easier for us to comprehend the information.
They also offered a revision game based on these phrases, which was a terrific
way to warm up by having everyone race to raise their team's point.
Furthermore, they also provide a small prize of two packs of candy for the
winners.

In terms of the significant content, in my opinion, they did provide us with


adequate justifications for replacing the previous one. I was completely
impressed by the informational content as well as the side-by-side comparisons
of the old and new tour, especially the trend toward using Bamboo brand instead
of Vietnam Airline. In addition, the price of the new tour was really valuable
compared to the old ones. Additionally, the promotion campaign of old customer,
and partnership with YouTuber Quang Vinh, a KOL, impressed me. Furthermore,
they supplied their hastag for the Vie company, which helps booker easily find
the information that they search for the tours.

However, a few issues were discovered during the presentation. For example, the
ticket has had some difficulties with the consumer, making it challenging for
them to organize their travels with these fantastic experiences.
b) General Performance

Following the presentation, the entire team demonstrated that they were well-
prepared. Their biggest strength was convincingly justifying changes to the tour.
Furthermore, the dynamic music and bright film utilized for advertising made the
launching presentation much more engaging. They also skillfully launched their
new product by using creative pricing, brilliant color, and games.

Nonetheless, they did not give exceptional or compelling replies to all of the
questions. Because some of them were nervous, they should have thought things
out before speaking.

III) CONCLUSIONS

Overall, they did their best to provide us with information and useful expertise.
Despite a few shortcomings they were able to offer a persuasive and interesting
presentation for their tour price adaptation, new timeline, and even new
destination. Some of the contents and sites I found interesting. Following the
presentation, the final game presented charmed me with fantastic rewards,
beautiful video, and lovely experiences.
