Helios Towers Self Service Password Reset

This feature allows users to reset their Helios Towers password via an online portal, or recover their
account in the event that the password is forgotten or expires.

Add Recovery Details

You will need to add additional contact details to your account before you can perform a password
reset or account recovery. These may match the existing details used for Multi-Factor
Authentication (MFA), but you must have at least 2 of the below methods available in order to
recover your account.

Supported authentication methods are:


 Passcode or Notification from the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app.
 Text message or phone call to your personal mobile phone.
 Email to a personal email address.

You will be prompted to verify and register these details next time you login using your Helios Cloud
account, or you can do so directly by following the below link:

Or you can follow the Forgotten my password link at the Helios Towers login screen:

2. Enter your username, including the suffix @heliostowers.com, and enter the characters in
the picture as required. For example, if your name is Joe Bloggs, and your normal username
is jbloggs, you must enter your username as jbloggs@heliostowers.com
3. Choose the first of 2 verification methods you wish to use from the list of available options.
If you are using SMS text message or phone call to your mobile number, you must enter the
full number before clicking Text or Call, as below:

4. Enter the code you received and click Next.

5. Choose a second verification method, for example notification via the Authenticator app.
6. Once you have completed both verification steps you will be prompted to enter your new
password:
