Moongdal 2.5 Kgs
Ghee 2.5 kgs
Sugar 2.5 Kgs
Mawa 2.5 Kgs
Cardamom powder 75 Gms
Pista 75 Gms
Almonds 75 gsm

Preprepartions
1. Clean, wash & soak moongdal for about 6 hours.
2. Prepare a thick sugar syrup.
3. Blanch & chop pista & almonds.
4. Grate mawa.

Steps
1. Drain moongdal, grind to a smooth paste.
2. Heat ghee, fry moondal paste until light brown in colour.
3. Add sugar syrup, continue cooking until mixture becomes thick.
4. Add mawa mix well cook until mixture is thick
5. Serve hot garnished with dry fruits
