How to Change students password


This document provides instructions on how to reset student passwords in the event that
they are forgotten.

To complete the activities mentioned above, kindly follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Login into system

Enter the given username

Step 2: You'll see the below screen as soon as you enter the correct username and
password.

Step 3: When you complete step 2, you will see the page shown below. Click the
Users(s) menu as depicted in the diagram to view the list of students.

Step 4: When you complete step 3, you will see the page below with a list of students.
(N.B The full list of students is available after you scroll down the page from
where the diagram shows just a portion of them.)

Step 5: Once you have a list of students, clicking on a student's name will allow you to
change their password. For Example, suppose you want to change the
password for TIGIST ABADI, then see the below illustration using diagrams.

Step 6: Check out the student profile that was viewed in step 5, then follow the
instruction shown below to change the password for TIGIST ABADI

Click on Edit Profile

Step 7: After clicking edit profile shown in step 6, you will get the below page.

Once you change the password, scroll The password must have at least 8
down the page and search and hit a characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least
button entitled as: 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper
case letter(s), at least 1 special
character(s) such as as *, -, or #

Hit Update profile to


save the password
