SALES EXECUTIVE
(OMANI PREFERRED)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to


handle the sales function for the business-to-business (B2B) and dealer

channel of porcelain and ceramic tiles in Oman. The Sales Executive will play

a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships
with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors. Candidates with

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales
targets for porcelain and ceramic tiles in the B2B and dealer channel.

developers, architects, consultants, and contractors in the
construction industry.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers


and stakeholders in the target market.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends,


competitor activities, and customer preferences.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute


promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches.

6. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential


clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and technical
specifications of the products.
7. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in
consultation with the sales manager.

8. Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any customer


issues or concerns.

9. Stay up to date with industry developments, product knowledge,


and market trends to provide accurate information and advice to
customers.

10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide
timely updates to the sales manager.

11. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate
delivery of products to customers.

12. Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events


to expand the company's presence and generate leads.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building
materials industry.

2. Strong knowledge of the Oman market and experience in dealing


with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

3. Technical qualifications related to construction building materials,


interior designing, or architecture will be an added advantage.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to


build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven with a track


record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Oman as


required.

10. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic will be a plus.
