About Position

Position: Area Sales Manager – Delhi NCR

1. Annual CTC : In range of INR 7,00,000 - INR 9,00,000/-


2. Base Location: New Delhi
3. Territory of Sales: New Delhi NCR region
4. Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred. Preference to candidates with
technical background in Electrical Engineering
5. Work Experience: 6+ years must in similar field for all the Area/Territory/Regional
Sales Manager Openings.
6. Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 7 pm. There would be requirement of
travel as per business necessity.

KRA’s
Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to,
1. Candidate would be expected to work independently with guidance from VP- Sales
and management to build and scale sales vertical of Battery Energy Storage Solutions
in his respective territory.
2. Regular reporting to VP- Sales and management team including dashboards for
performance at customer and state level
3. Devise and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve targets
4. Business Expansion
- Building pipeline of potential partnerships in channel, projects and
government segments
- Engagement with potential partners to drive closure
- Use existing network of channel partners, dealers and distributors to drive
channel sales.
5. Customer Management
- Engagement with existing customers to maintain relationships
- Regular reviews with customers for performance assessment, business
expansion, identifying challenges
6. Candidate will receive training about the product and is expected to answer
customer’s technical questions
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. 6+ years experience working at Home Automation OEM company is a must
2. Strong channel sales and retail sales network
3. Should have a strong network of architects, interior designers, electrical
contractors, electrical consultants & home automation system integrators/dealers
& distributors
4. Strong sales orientation and target driven
5. Excellent negotiation skills
6. Confident communication and presentation skills
7. Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-pace, and start-up environment;
ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
8. Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem resolution
9. Flair to sell, meet new people, readiness to travel across the country as and when
required
