As the Marketing Manager at Al Maha Ceramics SAOG, you will be

marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer
engagement, and business growth. With a specialization in digital

you will be instrumental in promoting our products and services to
target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing


strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including
SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and
online advertising to drive web traffic and online sales.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand
identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends,
competitors, and customer preferences, and use this information to
refine marketing strategies.
• Marketing Communication: Manage marketing communication
initiatives, including press releases, product launches, and
promotional campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure
they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget,
optimizing allocation for maximum ROI.
• Digital Analytics: Utilize data and analytics tools to track the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as
needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external
stakeholders, including sales, product development, and advertising
agencies, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• Industry Knowledge: Leverage your extensive experience in the
building material industry to understand market dynamics and create
marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, including


experience in digital marketing and marketing communication.
• Master's degree preferably in Mass Communication and Digital
Marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing initiatives
and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of the building material industry.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
