Dear Sir:

This is a notice that payment is being demanded for the car accident that occurred on
April 15, 2023.

The partial demand amount for the operation should be given 2 days from April 21, 2023
and the remaining balance shall be given on or before end of the month (April 30, 2023). This
has been agreed and stated in the Compromise Agreement signed and notarized on April 21,
2023. However, our client has yet to receive the agreed amount to date.

Failure on your part to fulfill your obligation to our client will prompt the latter to file a
case against you in the proper court.

Please give this demand letter your preferential attention to avoid further inconvenience
on your part.

Please be guided accordingly.
