    A 24-year-old male presented with a right arm swelling. On examination, there was an asymmetric, boggy, non-compressible swelling measuring 12x10cm. An FNAC of the swelling showed hemorrhagic smears with hemosiderin-laden macrophages and inflammatory cells, but no anaplastic or atypical cells. This favors the possibility of a benign vascular lesion such as an intra-muscular hemangioma. Histopathological examination was advised for confirmation.

    Clinical History: Right arm swelling.
    O/E: Asymmetric, boggy, non-compressible, non-pulsatile and non tender swelling in the
    posterio-lateral
    aspect of right arm measuring abount 12x10cm.
    The overlying skin normal without any discolouration.
    Aspirate: Sanguineous aspirate.
    M/E: (FNAC 16/2023)
    Hemorrhagic smears show hemosiderin iadden macrophages admixed with
    inflammatory cells.
    No anaplastic Cells seen
    No atypical mitoses seen.
    Impression: Right arm swelling:- Hemorrhagic smears with hemosiderin ladden
    macrophages favors
    the possibility of benign vascular lesion-? intra-
    muscular hemangioma.
    Adv: Histopathological examination.
