OLD ADANGAL/PAHANI

Adangal/Pahani is a very important revenue record, as it contains details of land such as


owner's details, area, assessment, water rate, soil type, nature of possession of the Land,
Liabilities, Tenancy and Crops grown, etc.

It is required for various purposes such as:

1. To know the genuineness of seller (owner) when land is being purchased.


2. It is required at Sub-Register's
Register's office when sale transaction is being done
3. To raise the farm credit / loan from the Bank.
4. Court needs Pahani in case of civil litigation. Etc.

Apply for Old Adangal/Pahani Certificate


Certificate: -

This section contains instructions for the operators of the mee seva web application to apply for
old Adangal/Pahani Certificate.

1) In Meeseva
seva home screen, under List of Services, select Revenue Department as depicted
in Figure 1.

2) In Revenue Department Services, Select ““Old Adangal” Service as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Old Adagal/Pahani Application Form will be depicted in Figure 3.

4) Now Select District, Mandal


ndal and Village from dropdowns as depicted in Figure 4.

5) Now select Fasli Year form fasli year drop down as depicted in Figure 5.

Note: - At Present in Meeseva 2000 – 2009 Fasli years are available.

6) Now selects others from Survey Numbers Drop down as depicted in Figure 6.

7) Now based on selection,, Survey Number, Katha Number and Pattadhar name Fields are
depicted in Figure 7.

8) Enter Survey Number, Katha Number, Pattadhar Name and Clicking on “Get
et details”

9) After clicking on “Get details” button, Applicant, Postal and Permanent Address panels are
displayed as depicted in Figure 9 9.

Note: - At present all old adangals are category b requests so Here we will display message
like,” Adangal Copy for the abo
above given Survey Number requires TAHSILDAR's Verification &
Approval.”.

10)Enters Applicant details such as Applicant name and father Name


Name,, Permanent Address
details such as Door No, District, mandal, Village/Ward
Village/Ward,, Pin Code, Locality/Land Mark and
mobile No as depicted in Figure 10.

11) Enters Postal Address details such as Door No, District, Mandal,
andal, Village/Ward,
Village/Ward Pin Code,
Locality/Land Mark, mobile, phone, Ration card and Aadhaar card AND Email id as depicted in
Figure. 11.

Note: Based on the Citizen request, the delivery option (either through Manual or Speed Post -
Local or Speed Post - Non Local at the Franchisee) has to be selected.

The courier charge for Post (Local) is INR. 33/

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the
system.

12) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as
depicted in figure 13.

13)) Based on the delivery option chosen by the citizen, the service charges will be calculated
and displayed in Show Payment
Payment.

14) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request.

15) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt
will contain the Certificate delivery date.

Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system
will not accept the request.

16)) On submission, the request will be sent to the the work flow of the respective Tahasildhar for
further processing.

17)) Once the request is approved by Tahasildhar, the Old Adangal Certificate will be dispatched
through courier to the citizen address if tthe Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.

 If Delivery Type Is Manual, then the citizen need to collect the Old Adangal Certificate
from franchisee where he/she applied for the Certificate.
