    STAGE 1: SITE PREPARATION

    Installation of Painted Plywood cover & Scaffoldings can be started or simultaneously


    executed dependent on the site situations if permitted.
    Essential needs such as power supply for the power tools usage shall be established to
    support all activities up to completion of this project.

    shall be installed to cover the entire work area where the LED screen will be Installed.
    Scaffolding shall be Installed from the ground up to cieling

    STAGE 2: INSTALLATION OF ANCHORAGE
    Anchorage Points shall be determined and marked. Holes shall be drilled to install the anchor
    bolts and Metal Clamp.

    Succeeding activities after anchorage shall be based on approval of Structural
    Designer/Engineer and/or the clients representative/inspector.

    STAGE 3: INSTALLATION OF VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL SUPPORT
    Vertical Support shall be Installed/welded to the METAL CLAMPS

    STAGE 4: INSTALLATION OF LED PANELS
    LED Panels shall be installed and mounted to the front vertical frames. Installation of LED
    panels shall start at the bottom ang shall be done by layers. The LED panels shall be secured
    by Brackets & bolts Provided by the supplier.
    Front vertical members shall install that will serve as support for the LED Panels. All steel
    members shall be connected by welding.
    Installation of frames for Blowers and Fans. Cable trays and roughing-ins for Electrical and
    Mechanical System. Setup of LED and local panels including main supply cables.

    Upon completion of LED Panel installation, respective LED cables and electrical devices must
    be completely installed.
