    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRADE SHOW AND EXPO

    Thank you for agreeing to be a Panelist at our Trade Show on Thursday 22 October. A copy of the
    programme will be forward to you once it has been sent to us by the conference planners.

    We confirm that accommodation has been reserved for you at the Courtyard Hotel for two nights
    including Thursday 22 October and Friday 23 October. We have also booked a flight on Caribbean
    Airlines flight BW455 departing Port of Spain at 5:50 AM and arriving at Barbados one hour later at 6:50
    AM. We suggest that you take a taxi from the airport directly to the Trade Show. We will, ofcourse, be
    on hand to join you for breakfast in the Emeralds restaurant. We look forward to having a great time at
    the trade show and hope that your presentation will generate new business for both our companies.
