Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

I am Nerrie Jane S de Vera currently assigned at the Office of the Assistant Chief of
Fleet Staff for Personnel, F1, Philippine Fleet, Philippine Navy located at Naval Base
Heracleo Alano, Sangley Point, Cavite City, Cavite. My designation is Administrative
Aide VI (Clerk III) with Salary Grade VI for four (4) years and five (9) months. I passed
the Civil Service Professional held this 20 August 2023 with an average of 84.88%.

Being assigned under the Career Management Branch, F1, my primary function is
updating our Fleet Personnel Management Information System and preparation of the
personnel audit report and the Armed Forces of the Philippines Joint Readiness
Reporting System (AFPJRRS) specifically on Personnel Readiness of the Command.
My work is also in support to other F1 branches and to other HPF Offices further to
PhilFleet’s Forces, Wing, Groups and Center in terms of personnel ATS/ TO fill-up
and other assigned tasks.

Moreover, I sincerely support our O/F7 by participating in different CMO activities of

the Command which made me one of the awardees in Stakeholders Recognition of
the Philippine Fleet held at Magluyan Hall, HPF, NBHA, Sangley Point, Cavite on 18
April 2023 and of the Philippine Navy conducted in Rizal Park Hotel, TM Kalaw, Manila
on 17 May 2023.

I am also the founder of S.M.I.L.E for the Youth, a bayanihan partner of our AFP
conducting hands-on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response and charity
programs from north to south for more than a decade now focusing on children in
conflict areas, tribal kids, victims of disasters, and cancer kids in AFPMC. I also have
adopted primary schools in conflict areas such as in Basilan, Sulu and Zambales.

Furthermore, I am also an Army reservist with the designation of CMO NCO of Delta
Company, 1303rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion which is under the leadership of
our Group Commander, COL FERDINAND REY G GA MNSA (ART) PA.
With all of my experiences gained from the years of my service being a SMILE
Founder, Navy CHR and Army Reservist added in my education and skills, I believe
that I’m qualified to serve under your office.

CMO is my life and I’m willing to undergo CMO Courses if needed to enhance my skills
in Civil and Public Affairs that would be useful and beneficial in the daily operations of
your office and the PN as a whole.

With all of these, may I take this opportunity to humbly apply for Administrative
