Creamy Corn Cake (Gluten-free)

You will need …


Ingredients
- 5 Cobs of Corn
- 3 Eggs
- A Glass of Milk
- A Glass of Flaked Corn Flour
- A Glass of Sugar
- Half a Glass of Oil
- A Pinch of Salt (to taste)
- A Tablespoon of Baking Powder

Equipment
Knife Blender Baking Pan

Directions
1. With a knife, remove the corn kernels from the cobs.
2. Pour the milk and the oil into the blender.
3. Add the eggs, the corn, the sugar, the flaked corn flour and the salt.
4. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous.
5. Add the baking powder to the mixture and blend it for ten seconds more.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
8. Wait for the cake to cool down before you remove it from the pan.
