18. Words “fabricator”, ‘vendor’, “contractor” appearing anywhere in the MR/Specifications/
Standards ete. shall be read as "bidder’.
19. Bidder to note that interference of nozzles with circumferential seams is not acceptable.
Vendor to take suitable care to avoid fouling of extemnalinternal attachments with shell
seams.
20. Standard Inspection and test plans are altached with requisition for guidance. Vendor
shall submit inspection test plans for the approval of visiting inspection engineer.
Inspection shall take care of all the requirements of specifications. Inspection engineer
has the authority to modify the plan depending on the criticality of the item,
