However, what most say is that the toughest part

is when others body-shame you.Being made fun
of can be a really demotivating factor for those

was felt by Chirag, a 22-year old, who felt that
everyone disapproved of his looks. Many are
bogged down by such pressure, though some,
like Chirag, decide to fight back.It was in January
2017 that his fitness journey began. It wasn’t easy
initially but his determination and patience
helped him achieve his goal and in less than a
year, he is at an ideal weight. Here’s his journey

guilty later

What are the lifestyle changes you made? The

most important change that I made in my
lifestyle is shifting from eating junk to a healthy
diet. Earlier, my evening meal used to be a
burger with french fries and a fizzy drink every
day but now I rarely eat burgers.
What was the lowest point for you? The lowest
point for me was in the initial stage when I was
not able to lose weight as I didn’t have much
knowledge about workout and diet.

But then, some books and internet helped me

Lessons learnt from weight loss: The lesson that
I have learnt from weight loss is that a healthy
body is everything. This is what we can achieve
only with healthy diet and proper workout. Also, a
healthy body leads to positive and healthy mind.
This journey has been the most memorable
journey of my life.

the major demotivating factor when you

overweight is when you look at yourself and
you don''t feel the inner motivation coming
withing you.our body controls how we feel
about ourselves.i was ashamed of my fatness
but then i had to strive to get my self looking
good following a simple routine.
