Building outline Description

Landscape/ Retaining Walls: Riverstone walls with reinforced concrete column support where applicable to engineers specification
Foundation Structures: Reinforced concrete foundation with waterproofing, structural footings to engineers requirements
Superstructures: Prefabricated Iron wood structural columns and roof support
Roof: Bamboo wood shingles on supports with woven palm fronds on open roof soffits
Internal Partitioning: Gypsum plaster drywall partitioning with timber support and waterproofing where applicable, Brickwall upstand for support of exposed areas in kitchen and lounge
