enterprise users to access, search and lookup quickly trusted metadata on material
and spare-parts codes.
3. Goo spears Goospares.com, a global liquidation marketplace connecting buyers
and sellers of excess, unused and slow-moving inventory(Inventory in the form of
finished goods

Findings:

1. Employee Onboarding: The employee onboarding process at Coda Technology


Solutions Pvt Limited exhibited inconsistencies and lacked clarity. This led to challenges
in integrating new employees into the organization and hindered their early engagement
and productivity.

2. Performance Evaluation: The performance evaluation system in place showed room
