ELIGIBILITY / ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Recognition should be:


Linked to and encourage the company’s goals and behaviors
Sincere - above all else you have to mean it.
Timely, spontaneous and given at the time it is earned.
Proportionate and not patronizing – recognition should match effort and results. Appropriate - If giving a gift or holding an event,
make it personal and consider what the individual/s would prefer - being sensitive to gender, age, faith, etc.
Fair – apply a consistent approach, and avoid favoritism.
Candidate will be ineligible for the nomination if number of warnings received within last 03 month.
Achievements should be properly defined with the scope. In most cases it should be beyond the job description of the
nominee.

Eligibility - Nominees should be non-probationary, full time permanent employees

Demonstrates a willingness to work with others and assist whenever needed or requested positively. Efforts and
contributions are above and beyond their regular job duties
Adapts to changing priorities. Handles unexpected situations and does so in a calm and positive manner.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Leads by example & delivers the tasks on time in line with or exceeds the company's expectations.
PUNCTUALITY
Fulfills work, time and breaks requirements. Plans for coverage of responsibilities where appropriate.
ATTENDANCE
Keeps unscheduled absences to a minimum, shows interest and dedication to his role and takes responsibility of his
position

all the stops to achieve something, put in more efforts than one would expect, consistently given excellent
customer service & received a Thankyou card. Each card received adds points to the nomination criteria.

- Should have served in his/her current role for atleast 6 months.
- Has not been selected in any award category for the past 12 months
