INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS EVALUATION MATRIX

The Internal and External matrix is a combination of Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and

External Factors Evaluation (EFE) used to analyze the company's situation. It is divided into

three rows: the first is Grow and Build, the second is Hold and Maintain, and the third is

Harvest or Divest.
