MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE SALE OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This agreement of Sale of Recyclable Materials made and entered into this 19 th day of
October, 2022 by and between the parties:

SELLER: TUBOD Barangay Council referred to as the FIRST PARTY

Whereas, the FIRST PARTY desires to sell recyclable materials which will be
collected from the MRF to the SECOND PARTY.

BUYER: MR. PETER BALTAZAR, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of this barangay,
referred to as the SECOND PARTY, a junk shop owner duly organized and existing by
virtue of the Laws of the Republic of the Philippines with physical store located at
Barangay TUBOD, Santo Tomas, La Union.
Whereas, the SECOND PARTY is willing to buy FIRST PARTY's recyclable materials collected
from the MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY and undertakes to perform all the
responsibilities imposed upon it and herein below indicated.

WITNESSETH, that:
Whereas, the FIRST PARTY guarantee to sell recyclable materials with existing selling price
to MR. PETER BALTAZAR, referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
Whereas, the purpose of this memorandum of Agreement is to have a written formal
understanding of agreement between parties to cooperatively work together.
Responsibilities of the FIRST PARTY
1. The First Party must provide a Memorandum of agreement to the Second
Party.
2. Once the First Party has released the materials, the obligation and
responsibility of the First Party ends there.
Responsibilities of the Second Party
1. Once the materials have been released by the First Party, the Second
Party is responsible for loading and picking up the materials from the
site and for unloading them at the Second Party's place.
2. The Second party must provide a truck to pick up the collected recyclable
materials.
3. Once the materials have been released, the Second Party must load/unload
immediately.

It is mutually agreed that both parties have read and understand the TERMS AND
CONDITIONS written above.
