MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made and executed into by and between:

The Barangay Makat, a Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) in the Region XII, duly
established under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with the address at Datu Pano Avenue,
Poblacion, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat herein represented by its Barangay Captain, HON. ABUSAMA M.
MANAMBA, hereinafter referred to as the “First Party”.

-and-

MR. JONY C. BAIRA, the owner of BAIRA’S GENERAL MERCHANDISE, with address at Datu
Pano Avenue, Poblacion, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat, known as the “Second Party”.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, that both parties agreed that the supply of goods be provided upon the calamity comes and
strikes within the barangay be it natural and/or manmade as being prepared upon in the Contingency
Planning of the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee (BDRRMC);

WHEREAS, the Second Party is obliged by this Memorandum of Agreement to provide/produce the
needed supply of goods as estimated whenever the unpredictable strike of both manmade and natural
calamity to sustain the needs of the affected families within the Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Party of the First Party will be liable for the payment of the said supply and/ or shall
release the partial payments whenever needed by the party of Second Party;

WHEREAS, all financial obligations be cleared upon by the representative of the First Party Seven (7)
Days after the delivery of an Official Receipts by the Second Party as requested by the First Party.

WHEREAS, this covenant agreed upon by both parties be considered as document after they affixed
their hands and signatures and duly subscribed by a Law Practitioner.

Done this 17th day of February, 2021 at Columbio, Sultan Kudarat.
