table, showing the three meals in usually I would swap out the yellow
order from left to right noodles for bee hoon because it’s
healthier.

are higher in sodium that’s why it’s
unhealthy?

T2: For me, when I have my carrot


cake I ask for less soy sauce. It’s still
black, taste just as good!

T1: Lastly, this one it tastes like normal


right? I only ask for more veggies, less
rice because I just follow the healthy
plate.

fist full of rice.
