B) Oversee day to day activities including the Daily Sales of Yamaha SM North Edsa
Branch.
C) If you have any concern with the staffs you can reach them thru their mobile phones

E) Please remind James Deinla to follow up and monitor delivery of Yamaha JU-109 PE
on November 11, 2023 thru Mr. Mark Anthony P. Dacasin

 Reports directly everyday to Ms. Ma. Trinicarm A. Magbanua regarding Branch/Store
concern and other important matters.
 Open the store Yamaha SM North EDSA branch at least 15minutes before the Mall
opening and report your attendance directly to Ms. Ma. Trinicarm A Magbanua.
 Two authorized personnel must open the Store.
 Ensure that all cash collection will be deposited with in the day or early morning on the
following date.
 Make sure to replenish all stock sold within the day.
 Log ALL incoming deliveries and count the items properly. Check the Serial from the
Delivery Receipt against the UNITS if all are correct.
 Greet ALL CUSTOMER that will enter the store and don’t forget to say THANK YOU
upon leaving.
 Reply all customer queries and comments from Yamaha SM North FB Page and post a
least one (1) content daily.
 Follow up pending customers and prospect clients.
 Before the Mall Closure be sure to make the Daily Sales Reports and email to all
Product Manager concerned.
 Send Daily Sales Report thru text messages to Ms. Ma. Trinicarm Magbanua.
 Upon closing see to it that the store are properly secured and door are properly lock.

 Report directly everyday to Ma. Trinicarm A. Magbanua regarding Branch/Store concern
and other important matters.
 Open the store Yamaha SM North Edsa branch at least 15minutes before the Mall
opening and report your attendance directly to Ms. Ma. Trinicarm Magbanua.
 Assist and help especially in lifting and cleaning the units in Minor change of display in
the window every Monday.
 Clean the store area and glass windows every day before the mall opens.
 Always maintain cleanliness of the store and all the units display.
 Greet ALL CUSTOMER that will enter the store and don’t forget to say THANK YOU
upon leaving.
 Make sure to receive all Daily Sales Reports to Accounting Department and other
important documents needed in the Head Office.
 Upon closing see to it that the store are properly secured and door are properly lock.

 Report directly everyday to Ms. Ma Trinicarm Magbanua regarding Branch/Store
concern and other important matters.
 Open the store Yamaha SM North Edsa branch at least 15minutes before the Mall
opening and report your attendance directly to Ms. Ma Trinicarm Magbanua.
 Count all customer walk-in’s
 Two authorized personnel must open the Store.
 Log ALL incoming deliveries and count the items properly. Check the Serial from the
Delivery Receipt against the UNITS if all are correct.
 Always remind Mr. James Deinla that all cash collection should be deposited with in the
day or early morning on the following date.
 Greet ALL CUSTOMER that will enter the store and don’t forget to say THANK YOU
upon leaving.
 Upon closing see to it that the store are properly secured and door are properly lock.
