 Silicone Polish
Formulation
Process Of Manufacturing Silicone Polish:
Add Silicone Oil 350, Silicone Emulsion 20% and
Emulsifier and stir it well for 15-20 minutes.
Heat up the Wax Blend at 100 Celsius until it
melts. And then add it in the Mixture.
Add Glycerin to the process. Mix it well.
Now add 1/4 quantity of water i.e. 18Kg in a slow
pace. Stir it well for 15-20 minutes. Similarly
complete this process of adding complete water
in slow manner.
After adding the water completely now add
preservative and perfume, and stir it well.
In the final step add the Thickener to the Polish.
