2 - Pre-registration form

Please, fill in the pre-registration form (see attached) and send it back to us before
10 February (This form should enable us to determine the actual number of participants
and to publish the Preliminary Programme.)

Afterwards, on-the-spot registration will take place on the first day of the meeting,
9 May, 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The registration fee is 120 Euros (80 Euros for students, 30
Euros for listeners), which you are expected to pay in cash at the conference desk at
CCCM.

The registration fee covers a book of abstracts, attendance of concerts, a welcome

dinner, three lunches, full catering during coffee and tea breaks, and a contribution
towards the organizing costs of the meeting.

3 – Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter, please let us at your soonest convenience. Please inform
the organization whether you prefer our formal invitation to be sent to you by email or
as hard-copy by post. If invitation letter is required, we kindly ask you to send us a PDF
copy of your passport.

If you have not yet secured a passport, please let us know your date and place of birth,
and your name such as it will appear on your passport.

Please alert us if you wish us to extend the beginning or end dates of the invitation with
a few days. Accommodation and travel arrangements during this period naturally
remain your own responsibility.
