    Proficiency in Computer applications;
    Demonstrated ability in a teamwork.
    Demonstrated technical ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact and work
    effectively with others at all levels.
     Good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development;
    Excellent written and oral communication skills;
