RECTIFIER CIRCUITS

Aim:
 To study the characteristics of
A) Half wave rectifier B) Full wave rectifier C) Bridge Rectifier
(Note: Draw the output waveforms with and without filter for each circuit)
D) Obtain regulated output from Bridge Rectifier
 Calculate Ripple factor and Efficiency for half wave rectifier, full wave in center tapped and
bridge rectifier
Components and equipments required: Diodes, resistors, capacitor, transformer, IC7805.
