With this expansion, there are 3 new classes for players and GMs to use: Red and White Dragon Laguz,
and Manaketes. Daunting draconic entities can serve both as allies or villains for your party to encounter,
or even as a playable option for your players to choose from! Not only does this expansion provide
everything required to introduce these embodiments of power to your game, but it also provides several
new items that grant bonuses to Laguz that can be used outside of this expansion!

Manakete
Dragons locked in human form who have most of their power stored in special stones.

Unlike Laguz, a Manakete doesn’t have a shift gauge that dictates their ability to transform.
Instead, they are always in humanoid form and whenever combat including them is initiated
while they have their dragonstone, they transform into their dragon forms. Also, a Manakete
can initiate combat when in their humanoid forms, as they transform as soon as combat starts.
However, a Manakete can only transform a certain number of times each turn, be it theirs
or someone else’s. The amount of times a Manakete can transform is normally equal to
2x their class tier.

A level 1-20 Manakete can normally transform up to 2 times per turn.


A level 21-40 Manakete can normally transform up to 4 times per turn
A level 41+ Manakete can normally transform up to 6 times per turn.
