2.0 Piling
2.1 Is the winch and relevant equipment inspected, safe & in good condition?

2.3 Is there have safe accessed to climb top for tripod for set up and worn full body harness?
2.4 Is the wire secure properly with piling equipment?
2.5 Is there any one under suspended load?
2.6 Is the winch moving part guard properly?

3.0 Civil Work

3.1 Are the workers worn proper dress (No loose dress )?
3.2 Is there have proper access in excavated area
3.3 Is electrical equipment & cables are in good condition (Welding machine/ grinding machine)?
3.4 Is the worker worn welding face shield for welding & safety google for grinding?
3.5 Is the welding are free from water/ welder not stood on wet surface?
3.6 Is the floor/ surface free from unused nail?
3.7 Are the worker worn full body harness working on roof top with 3m of building edge (Roof top)?
3.8 Are the worker handling material safely (Cement bag, brick)?

4.0 Tower Installation

4.1 Are the rigger trained on working at height?
4.2 Are the rigger worn full body harness with double lanyard (which meet EN/ ANSI standard)?
4.3 Are all rigging equipment within safe work load and in good condition( winch rope, pully, wire, Shackles)?

4.4 Is method statement in place for tower installation?

4.5 Is the working area cordon off properly and there is no one under suspended load?
4.6 Are the worker secured loose tools/ equipment at height?
4.7 Is the weather condition good to perform tower installation work (wind speed <20kn/)?
4.7 Is there any emergency preparation in case incident ?

5.0 Power Connection

5.1 Are the worker trained on electrical work?
5.2 Have the equipped with proper tools for working on electrical system (Multi meter/clamp meter,splier,
cable cutter)?

5.3 Is the elecrical system switch off (LOTO) while perfomring work ?
