ACTIVITY 1
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The general objective of the Josephine Paterson of Lorma Colleges BSN III nursing students is to help the people
of Barangay Di Mabirbirukan become more independent and self-reliant, as well as to improve health by
providing primary healthcare services, dispelling health myths through health teachings, and encouraging a
healthy lifestyle to raise their standard of living. Using the COPAR approach to create a plan of action based on
the investigation's results in order to learn new things, expand students' knowledge, and improve their BSN III
Paterson education.

PRE-ENTRY SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

In order to assess the Barangay Di Mabirbirukan's general health situation and any health issues, it was necessary to
create community profiles and conduct a preliminary investigation and ocular survey.

ENTRY SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

Building trust and relationships with the community is essential in order to verify demographic data about the barangay,
such as the number of households, the type of livelihood, sanitation, residents' levels of education, and their practices in
terms of lifestyle, before presenting a preliminary plan to the community.

ORGANIZATION BUILDING SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

To promote community members' participation in health education and activity plans to address their individual health
issues, as well as to identify common health issues and community behaviors related to health practices.
SUSTENANCE AND STRENGTHENING SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

To organize communities, develop leaders, and structure organizations for leadership development. Additionally, to
inspire the residents to engage in different activities and help them learn new skills and health-related information.

PHASE -OUT SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

The community's ability to put all the knowledge in order, function independently, and apply the health lessons it learned
without the help of the community workers.
