session for our first-year students is expected to begin on 1st August, 2023.

Heres what you need to do within the next 7 Days to confirm your seat:

Step 1: Visit our Campus between 9 am to 3 pm for Verification of Original Documents (See Annexure 1 for the
list) on any working day followed by your Personal Interview with the respective school.
Step 2: Payment of Fees (See Annexure 2 for details)
Step 3: After Fee Payment, send an email addressed to admissions@ncuindia.edu informing us about the
payment
Please Note: Failure to pay the fees within 7 Days of this Offer Letter will result in cancellation of this offer of
Admission.

Refund Policy: In case of cancellation of application, a fee refund policy prescribed by UGC India will be followed.

Annexure 1: Documents to be submitted

You shall be required to produce the following documents, in original, along with one self-attested copy, on the
date of registration; for the avoidance of doubts, notwithstanding anything to the contrary; the submission of the
following documents is a condition precedent for grant of confirmed admission into the programme as per this
offer letter

(a) Marksheet and High School Certificate (10th) or equivalent

(b) Marksheet and High School Certificate equivalent (10+2 or equivalent including IBDP, ICSE scores sheet, etc.)

(c) Character and Transfer/Migration Certificate from the School/Institute/University/ Board last attended

(d) Medical Certificate of Fitness from an MBBS qualified doctor on his / her letterhead or letterhead of the
hospital. Further, your medical history, if any, wherein you may require specific emergency care, must be
declared and informed to the Registrar / Medical Officer of the University, at the time of joining the University to
enable quick and suitable response in case of emergency

(e) 03 copies of recent passport size colour photographs

(f) In case the Original Documents of the qualifying examination i.e., marksheet of (10+2) have not been received
from the Board/University or non-availability of any other document, the candidate shall be required to submit an
application explaining the delay along with the timelines by when the same shall be available. The timelines,
however, cannot exceed 31st August, 2023 (please refer to the university website for any changes in dates).

Annexure 3: General Instructions/Guidelines

• The medium of instruction and communication in the University is English.

• Dress Etiquette. All students are advised to be appropriately attired during their stay on the campus. Sandals,
chappals, torn jeans, track pants, etc., shall not be allowed in the University premises

• Wi-fi internet connectivity is for academic purposes only. You should preferably carry your Laptop.

• The library with digital books and journals and online material shall be kept open for students to avail the
facility. Most of the study material / notes shall be made available to the students over the Intranet. Reference
books shall also be available and may be drawn by the students as per the rules of the Library.

• The campus features three F&B outlets offering home-like lunch and refreshments

• Sports and extracurricular activities: The details are provided on the website

• Ragging is prohibited as per the decision of the Honble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition No. (C)
656/1998 in the campus. Strict anti-ragging measures have been instituted to ensure that the campus is free from
any such incidents. Anyone found indulging in ragging will be punished appropriately, which may include
expulsion from the University. Each student and parent is required to sign an anti-ragging undertaking at the
University .

• Your enrolment and registration to join the University shall be taken as your acceptance to abide by all the
conditions, rules, regulations, and standing orders issued by the University from time to time. Non-observance of
any of these conditions or violation of any of the rules, regulations, orders, etc., and submission of false or
incomplete information/facts shall lead to disciplinary action by the University.
