JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, RICHARD DALE V. ESCOLANO and JESSAMINE LYNN N. CHUA, both Filipinos, of legal
ages, and residents of PA 379 Upper Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet and 92 Panicsican, San Juan, La
Union, respectively, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have personally known MARIA BERNADETTE P. NAMA for a long period of time
having been her long-time friends;

2. That we know for a fact that the names MARIE BERNADETTE SECRETARIO PESTAÑO and
"MARIA BERNADETTE S. PESTAÑO", refer to one and the same person and that her true
and correct name is MARIA BERNADETTE S. PESTAÑO, being her maiden name, and
MARIA BERNADETTE P. NAMA, being her married name;

3. That the information she has placed in her Affidavit are true to the best of our knowledge;

4. That we are not related to MARIA BERNADETTE P. NAMA either by affinity or by

consanguinity;

5. As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands this 24th day of February 2011, at Baguio
