1. Brief history of Feng Shui.

Feng shui is an ancient Chinese art of arranging buildings, objects, and space in an
environment to achieve harmony and balance. Feng shui means “the way of wind and
water.” It has roots in early Taoism but is still popular today, having spread throughout China
and even to Western cultures. During 4700 and 2900 BC, the Hongshan people in
Northeast China interacted with the Yangshao people, where feng shui was incorporated.
Fengshui, or wind-and-water, also known as geomancy, is an ancient practice that uses
almanacs, charms, and complex compasses to coordinate the interactions of people, their
living spaces, and the natural environment.

2. Role of Feng Shui in a man’s life:

 To invite positive chi into your home so that your life feels both energized and balanced,
and it's a relatively simple way to improve the vibes of your space.
 creating a balance and harmony in your surroundings or environment and nature to create
a better life.
 improve the flow of positive chi in their lives and keep the negative chi away.
 To orient themselves in their surroundings enormously impacts the welfare and density of
their lives.

3. What are the do’s and don’ts of Feng Shui:

 Do choose headboard and bed frame are made of wood
We all know the headboard and bed frame play a significant role in optimizing the feng shui
of your bedroom. Use wood to make headboard and frame because as feng shui, the
element of wood relates to the symbolic nature of supporting your body and energy when
sleeping.
 Do create positive vibes through décor
When it comes to accessorizing, choose items you love in order to optimize the energy of
your bedroom.
 Do unplug
Try to get rid of electromagnetic field appliances (TV, electric razor, computer, cellphone,
etc.) in your bed altogether. Those EMF appliances have some negative effects on your
sleep by increasing interference with your natural circadian rhythm, especially for young
children and adolescents.
 Don’t hang a mirror
The home accessory that tops the list of a feng shui bedroom don’t? A mirror. From a feng
shui perspective, mirrors are considered to be an activation cure, which promotes Yang
energy (movement). Inside the bedroom, the majority of the energy you ideally want to
cultivate is Yin (restfulness).
 Don’t position your bed under heavy objects or sharp angles
To ensure a good night’s sleep, be conscious of your bedroom’s ceiling. Do you have a
ceiling fan, beams, a skylight, an angled or slanted ceiling design? Any of these could
negatively affect your sleep and energy as they relate to Shag energy (which drains a
person’s energy).
 Don’t Allow Clutter
To bring good vibes to your space, consider purging unwanted items from your bedroom. If
you store objects from your past or present that you do not associate with beneficial
emotional memories or energetic frequencies, it could negatively influence your aura
(energy field), dreams, emotions, and thoughts on a subconscious level.

Phycology of color and it’s importance:

 Green
is known to help alleviate depression, nervousness, and anxiety. It also promotes a sense
of renewal, self-control, and harmony. For this reason, television guests will wait in a “green
room” to relax before going on air. All of these are important considerations when designing
with the color green.

 Blue
calls to mind feelings of calmness and relaxation. 3 It is often described as peaceful,
tranquil, secure, and orderly. Blue is seen as a sign of stability and reliability.

 Yellow
is associated with sunshine, hope, laughter, warmth, happiness, and energy. Yellow is
found to make a person feel spontaneous and happy. A splash of yellow on anything dull or
dark can make a person feel cheerful and optimistic.

 Red
attracts the most attention and is associated with strong emotions, such as love, passion,
and anger. It's the universal color to signify strength, power, courage, and danger.
