Dear students in groups of 4 students and 1 group of 5 ones, make a research about ISO
Standards, what are they for?, their importance and benefits, ¿as well as what is ISO
9001 Standard and what is it for in the tourism industry?. Then use these informations for
make a Written work. You can use technological tools for do it (if you want): Canvas, PDF,
word…and others. Be creative. Illustrate it. Use English language.
