I would like to bring an important matter to your good office regarding the neatness and
maintenance of your leased premises. It has been observed that some of your rider’s parcels are
scattered all around the place even in prohibited areas. In addition to that, railings in front are
provided for support and safety so I hope we avoid to hang anything that might cause damage or
impairment to the building’s image. I have also found that your employees daily park their
motorcycles in front of the area adjacent to your premises and this cause inconvenience to some of
our clients.

I am kindly requesting you to notify your employees and I must suggest to take notice of your
parking designation. Here’s hoping you to sort out this matter as soon as possible.
