Multiple - the product result of multiplying a number by another number.

Example:
1. 56 is a multiple of 7.
56 is also a multiple of 8.

Common multiple - a common number that is a multiple of two or more numbers.

Lowest Common Multiple (LCM) - the smallest positive number that is a multiple of two or more
numbers.

Example 1: Find the LCM of 4 and 5.

Example 2: Find the LCM of 12 and 15.

Example 3: Find the LCM of 5, 7 and 9.

Factors - the numbers we can multiply together to get another number.

3 and 6 are factors of 18.

Example 1: List down all the factors of 18.

Highest Common Factor (HCF) - the largest number that divides exactly into two numbers (or more)
numbers.

Example 2 : Find the HCF of 12 and 16.
