Project Overview:

TaskUs FoodDash Operations aims to proactively prevent data breaches and enhance GDPR compliance
among its team members. Key observations include a need to improve account verification methods,
bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, and enhance the effectiveness of
GDPR training through interactive real-life scenarios.

Objectives:

1. By the end of the training, TaskUs teammates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding
of GDPR principles and their practical application in day-to-day operations.
2. Participants will practice customer-centric account verification methods that minimize reliance on
customers providing sensitive information.
3. Team members will engage in role-playing activities simulating various customer scenarios,
applying GDPR principles to ensure secure data handling.
4. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of GDPR principles through interactive sessions,
emphasizing practical application over theoretical knowledge.
5. Team members will be able to articulate specific examples of how GDPR guidelines apply to their

Integration and Culmination

1. Final Assessment - Participants will undergo a comprehensive final assessment, combining

elements from ILT and e-learning, including role-play exercises, scenario-based quizzes and
case study analysis.
2. Certificate of Completion - Successful participants will receive a certificate recognizing their
proficiency in GDPR compliance and data security.
3. New Hire Training - GDPR will have more focus in NHT and will be included as a Mock Call
scenario for certification.
