1. Choose and describe one (1) key element of total quality management.

 Continual Process Improvement in quality is about how an organization uses different process or
system to continuously improve the product or services that they offer in every progress to
meet or exceed the expectation of the consumers.

2. Briefly explain how your chosen key element would contribute to maintaining quality standards in the
organization.

 I chose Continual Process Improvement as the key element in maintaining quality standards
because in this element there's still an ongoing effort to improve a products and services by
which means the improvement of quality doesn't stop or it doesn't have an ending point, but it
is like an infinity where in it will continue to exceed each customers' expectation from time to
time.

3. Sight other ways in achieving total quality in the workplace.

 In my opinion, aside from the key elements the other way of achieving total quality in a
workplace is by communication. Each employee in an organization must be aware of the plans
and strategies that will be used in achieving the goal which is the quality. Moreover, by the use
of communication each workplace can identify issue that affects quality, and they could also
solve these issues easily if it is address right.
