It usually has an error to enter the platform, which

occurs by activating or blocking pop-ups, so you
have to disable or allow it, in order to enter.

If you receive an error message, check to see if you

have a red error flag in the address bar that blocks
pop-ups. If so, click the icon and choose "Always
Allow" and "Ready" to fix it.

If this does not fix it attached the steps to unlock

pop-ups in different browsers
The process for disabling pop-ups will be different
for various internet browsers, so make sure to
follow the instructions for the internet browser
you're using to log into SkySlope.

Google Chrome

1. At the top of the page, to the left of where you

enter the web address (like
www.skyslope.com), click on the green lock
icon.

2. At the bottom of the menu that comes up, click

on Site Settings.

3. In the new window that opens, scroll about half

way down until you locate the category
labeled Pop-ups.

4. Locate the dropdown box to the right of the

Pop-ups category.

5. Click the dropdown box, and change the value

to 'Allow'.
7. Go back to SkySlope and refresh the page.
 Mozilla Firefox

1. In the upper right corner of Firefox, click on the

icon with 3 horizontal bars.

2. From the menu, click on Options.

3. From the Options page, click on the Privacy &

Security in the menu bar on the left side of the
page.

4. In the Privacy & Security section, scroll down to

the section labeled Permissions.

5. Locate "block pop-up windows", and on the

right side of the page, click on Exceptions.

6. In the Address of Website field, type

"app.skyslope.com".
7. Click on Allow.
 8. Click on Save Changes.

Apple Safari

Version 13
1. With Safari open, click on Safari from the
menu-bar in the upper left corner.
2. In the drop-down menu, click on Preferences.
3. In the new window that opens, click on the tab
labeled Websites.
4. Look for the category labeled Pop-up Windows.
5. Locate app.skyslope.com in the listed websites,
click the drop down to the right and click Allow.
Version 12
1. With Safari open, click on Safari from the
menu-bar in the upper left corner.
2. In the drop-down menu, click on Settings for
This Website.
3. In the new window that opens, remove the
check next to Enable Content Blockers so that
option is no longer selected.
4. Click back into Safari to close the pop-up
window.

Not sure which version you have? Open Safari. Click

on Safari from the menu bar across the top of your
screen. Click on About Safari. Take note of your
version number.

Microsoft Edge

1. In the upper right corner, click on the button

with three horizontal dots.
2. From the menu, scroll down and click
on Settings.
3. From the Settings menu, click on Site
permissions.
4. Click on the heading titled Pop-ups and
redirects.

5. Click the Add button under the Allow heading

6. This will open up a new window. type
“app.skyslope.com” into the Site field and
click Add

Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. In the upper right hand corner, click on the

icon that looks like a gear.
2. At the bottom of the menu, click on Internet
Options.
3. In the Internet Options window, click on the
tab labeled Privacy.
4. On the Privacy tab, locate the section
labeled Pop-up Blocker.
5. On the right side of that section, click
on Settings.
6. In the field for Address of Website to Allow,
type "app.skyslope.com".
7. Click Add.
8. Click Close.
