Set up a sensory play area with different materials
representing weather elements.
Use cotton balls for clouds, blue fabric for the sky, yellow
fabric for the sun, and blue water beads for raindrops.
Place the weather flashcards among the rest of the
materials.

Note: If you wish, you can use one weather element at a time
for the sensory bin. For example, one day the sensory bin can
be filled only with blue water beads and the focus will be on
raindrops. Another day, the sensory bin can be filled only with
cotton and the focus will be on the snow.
