Project Name: Cassie and Taylor’s Wedding

Project Objective The objective of this project is to plan and organize an event to
celebrate the wedding of Cassie Andresen and Taylor Speegle. This
event should be a 5 hour event that includes a ceremony, a reception,
catering, and music. The planning should be completed within 5
months and the cost should not exceed $10,000.

Project Justification Due to the combined budget from the Project Sponsor and the Project
Manager and her partner, the budget should not exceed $10,000. Due
to the date of the engagement of the two partners getting married, the
schedule should not exceed 5 months from today until January 27,
2024. The date of the wedding is January 27, 2024 and all aspects of
the event must be completed on schedule for project success.

● No vendors or participants will be sick on 1/27/23
● The budget of $10,000 will be sufficient for the event’s cost
● The transportation of all necessary supplies, food, beverages,
decorations, clothing, etc. will be available and functioning
