    A. Fill in the blanks:

    1. Bandwidth means the data transfer rate.


    2. Spam mails contains the irrelevant messages sent to a large number of users.
    3. Buying and selling goods and services on the internet is called E-Commerce.
    4. The company that provides internet access to its user in the form of data is called ISP(Internet
    Service Provider.
    5. To write and send E-mails click on +compose button in your Gmail account.
    6. DNS stands for Domain Name System.
    7. UPI stands for Unified Payments Interface.
    8. Internet forum is the online discussion site where people can hold conversation in the form of
    posted messages.
    9. The Trash category in Gmail stores the deleted mails.
    10. Bcc means Blind Carbon Copy.

    B. Answer in short.
    1. 1.Write the steps to forward a mail.
    (i) Open the email that you wish to forward
    (ii) From the bottom of the mail click on forward mail.
    (iii) Type the email address to which you wish to forward the mail.
    (iv) If you wish to edit the content you can edit it and once the mail is ready , click on the
    Send button to forward the mail.
