INTRODUCTION: 1. This Work Instruction describes the rust cleaning.

2. Before start the work, clean the area and segregate rusted items. Maintain
5S before start the work.
Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Requirements:
Every person working with the product or involved in this process must have read and understood
the process / operation instruction and follow the all-saf ety instruction. All personnel shall be
qualified according to their assigned work and shall be instructed.

Procedure: -
➢ Clean the dust in rusted are with cotton waste.
➢Rubbing rusted area by using sand paper 320
➢ Clean the rubbing area with cotton waste.
➢ Apply Sika rust off 100 as per data sheet.

Visual Inspection: -
➢ Visually checked after 24 hours
