    The meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM by Ms. Excel Rose the
    Chairwoman of Perono Alliance Corp.
    III. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF MEETING
     None
    IV. BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES OF THE MEETING
     None
    V. NEW BUSINESS (AGENDA)
     Winter Wonderland Theme for Christmas Event.
     Budget for Decorations, Venue, and Foods
     Committee for different task.
     Next Meeting in Two Weeks.

    The meeting was adjourned by the Chairwoman at 4:30 PM.
