RE: Atlas Group Leader job application, Giorgia Nencioni

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing this e-mail according to the advertisement on your website, because I think I have the necessary
qualification for the position.

I’m 20 years old and courrently I’m studing Linguistic Mediation at “Foreigners’ University of Siena”.
Concerning my professional experience, for the past eight months I’ve worked as a waitress in a center-
located restaurant in Florence.
As one of the most touristic cities in Italy, a large number of clients were tourists, so I was required to be
able to communicate with them.
In fact, this experience has helped me improving my communication skills and my confidence while I’m not
speaking my mother toungue.
I noticed that, day by day, my English, my French and my Spanish were getting better and today I’m capable
of holding a conversation about almost every topic.

Another thing that this job taught me, is that you always have to be centred and focused if you want to
keep everything under control.
When I was nominated as the head waiter, I wasn’t only responsible for my own actions anymore but also
for those of my team. It was a difficult position, but it made me really proud of myself.
Thank to this experience, I became a responsible, accountable and trustable person,
who will always try her best in everything she does.
I’ve enjoyed working there because I’ve had the chance of meeting people from around the world.
I’m very outspoken, extrovert and easy-going and I love being surrounded by persons.
Moreover, I’m fascineted by the possibility of travelling around the world and come in contact with different
cultures.
Thanks to my innate sense of leadership, my empathy and my persuasive side, I know I will be able of
guiding a group of people, taking take of them and making sure that they will enjoy every single minute of
their stay with us.

All my references, qualifications ans personal information are in my CV attached below. Please feel free to
contact me if you need more information

Thank you for your time, I hope my application will be taken into consideration and I look forward to
hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Giorgia Nencioni
