Multiple Literacies & Goal Setting.

Students will be able to demonstrate how they

marshal/leverage their multiple literacies (e.g. speaking, listening, reading, multilingual writing,
translating, multimodality, etc.) to support their writing processes.
This time, I will have you choose which text you want to reflect on that you have not yet
reflected on. Remember that Group Activities, Progress Works, Reading Responses and Major
Assignments all count for these reflections.
After making your decision on which assignment you want to talk about per outcome,
answer all of question 1, and all or some of question 2:

1. How did you marshal/leverage multiple literacies (e.g. speaking, listening, reading,
multilingual writing, translating, multimodality, etc.) to support your writing
processes of this particular work?
2. Did you use multiple modes (Gagich) here? Did you use or work with multilingual
literacy practices? Did you reflect on your reading, writing or literacy practices?
Elaborate.

Answers:
1. I was able to leverage/marshal multiple literacies to support my writing process in this work
by providing multiple examples into my work. This made me support my work by giving
examples that demonstrate the understanding of these concepts in this assignment. An example
of this is the amount of different multimodal examples provided in the ePortfolio.
2. I was able to use multiple modes in this work. I believe that modes are ways that you can
express yourself to the audience in order for them top retain information. So I decided to use as
many modes as i could in order to get my message across effectively
