By definition a government is the system by which a state or community is

governed. In the NOI the spiritual is linked to the political, there is no

The Universal Government of Peace is not limited by space-time. The

language of the Universal Government is Islam or Mathematics. Messenger
Elijah Muhammad teaches us in the Theology of Time that, Islam is
Mathematics and Mathematics is Islam. This Universal or unlimited
Government is the means by which NOI scope and policy is taught and
enforced. Government is a holistic system that is part and parcel of every
thought and thing in existence. Our Universe works because it is balanced or
in order. There have been countless Black, Brown, Yellow, Red and White
theocracies in the past. And the white Pope of the Vatican, [Rome] and the
yellow Dalai Lama of Tibet are governors over the spiritual and political
policies of their Nations. The Nation Of Islam has a Supreme Governor,
Allah (God) who came in the person of Master Fard Muhammad, (to whom
all praises are due forever). We do not expect Him to physically come to
look over the NOI. Rather He reactivates the original nature of the Black
People who shall become Self-Governors. Only by studying, sharing and
enforcing the Restricted Laws of Islam, will we be able to maintain a state of
Maat, (Peace, Truth, Righteousness, Unity, Freedom, Justice and Equality).
The absence of order is the manifestation of disorder. The presence of the lie
is the absence of the truth.
When the people becomes dissatisfied they are bound to produce a change.
Tyrants are the cause to the effect of eventual anarchy. This Universal
Government empowers the people, they will be a Nation of Gods and
Goddesses on earth, while they live.

“QUESTION: Have you designated a successor for yourself?

MUHAMMAD: I DO NOT DO THAT. I CANNOT DO THAT. I did not
choose myself. God chose me and if He wants a successor, He will choose
that one.
QUESTION: By what means would someone come up?

MUHAMMAD: I do not know that, because I do not believe there is one

coming up. The work that I am doing, I don’t think God needs one, because
when man and God have come face to face, as the old saying goes, then that
is the end of it. When we are face to face with God, that is the end of it and
so what would another one do? There is nothing for him to do.

QUESTION: After you are gone, Mr. Muhammad, the Nation Of Islam will
continue to exist but how? MUHAMMAD: It will be a New Islam to what
the old Orthodox Islam is, today. It will be altogether a New One.
QUESTION: You mean your successor will preside over a New Islam?

MUHAMMAD: THERE WILL BE NO SUCCESSOR. There is no need for

a successor when a man has got the Divine truth and has brought you face to
face with God.
QUESTION: How will your resources be administered?

MUHAMMAD: That will be carried on by the Nation. After setting up the

Nation on the right way, or right path, to take care of themselves, they do not
need any more instruction on that. They will follow it as the Constitution of
America has been followed.

QUESTION: Will it be run by local Mosques?

MUHAMMAD: No, No, No. After this, the whole entire Nation of Black
People will be GOVERNED DIVINELY and the GOVERNMENT WILL
BE A DIVINE GOVERNMENT and not something that is GOVERNED
LOCALLY, like we have today. We will have a DIVINE GOVERNMENT
SET UP FOR US, AND IT WILL STAND FOREVER. We will not need

LAND IS THE BASIS OF INDEPENDENCE

“We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were
descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a separate state or
territory of their own — either on this continent or elsewhere. We believe
that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and that the
area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our former slave
masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in this separate
territory for the next 20 to 25 years — until we are able to produce and
supply our own needs. Since we cannot get along with them in peace and
equality, after giving them 400 years of or sweat and blood and receiving in
return some of the worst treatment human beings have ever experienced, we
believe our contributions to this land and the suffering forced upon us by
white America, justifies our demand for complete separation in a state or
territory of our own.” - Messenger Elijah Muhammad, (What the Muslims

Messenger Elijah Muhammad teaches us the Devil is the Devil, regardless of

place or time. So the FOI/MGT are not deceived or under any illusions from
the Devil. The Messenger explained that he knew the Devil would not
voluntarily concede to his requests. But he spiritually and politically was
obligated to ask, to show the masses of Black People that we must DO FOR
SELF. The symbolic Moses had to ask Pharaoh to let his people go, but God
hardened the heart of Pharaoh and he refused. This cold war resulted in a hot
war between God and Pharaoh and the government’s military ultimately
coming at their former slaves with the strongest army and most sophisticated
technology. God fought for Moses, Aaron and the Hebrews in the beginning.
However, once the Hebrews was established in the land, God explained to
Joshuah, Moses’ Minister that Moses was dead. God gave Joshuah a spear
and shield and guided him to organize his people to defend themselves.

The Nation Of Islam can not get reparations from the U.S. government, the
World Court, nor the United Nations. The Devils’ institutions are world
wide. However, the Last Messenger explained that our unity is more
powerful than atomic or nuclear bombs. Let us unite, pool our holy intellect,
remove all fear, organize our forces and establish our own economic system.
By purchasing and securing land, we will begin to grow what we eat, sew
what we wear, build where we dwell and defend what we have. We are the
Army of Allahs, let us unite, work and fear not.

Stop arguing, debating, beefing and fighting each other. Claim the best parts
of the best parts, discard the rest. The Devils do not agree on every detail,
but each city and state flag flies under one National flag. And when America
proclaims their nationality in the United Nations, they do so as Permanent
Members. Their flag flies with many other national flags, and America does
whatever is in her best interests. Her sovereignty may shape and mold, but it

SELF RELIANCE IS OUR GOAL

Messenger Elijah Muhammad wanted Separation and not integration or

segregation. He considered the Nation Of Islam to be a sovereign Nation in a
Nation. His teachings and programs made our people a stronger and more
self reliant people. After the death of the Last Messenger of Allah, (1975)
the 10%ers (Rich, Slavemakers of the poor) changed his teachings and
programs into one that claimed God was no longer Black People and the
Devil was not longer White People. This redirected the Struggle toward a
grafted, Saudi Arabian brand of Islam. The FOI/MGT gained more prayers,
Arabic and Arabian culture, but they lost their Blackness, they began to
reject anything Black or African in nature. We have to reteach and retrain the
“Mentally” deads again. This time we want them to be Self Reliant and not
dependent on any leaders.

As long as we are bond by a slave name, we are by proxy the property of

some slave master. The FOI/ MGT must reclaim or own names. We
make and unmake ourselves. We define ourselves. We name our own
names at will. We see God in the mirror of reality. In the ancient fertile
crescent region of Bakkah [Black Mecca], Kemet [Black Egypt], Nubia
[Black Sudan], Kush [Black Ethiopia], Iraq [Black Babylon], Persia
[Black Iran], etc., we were sovereigns with our own Holy Names.

Messenger Elijah Muhammad warned the FOI/MGT against going to

the white man’s Court’s to pay for, or get a Holy Name. Only Allah can
name Allah, Allah.
QUESTION: Why do all FOI and MGT in the Nation Of Islam,
[Soldiering with the Supreme Angels] have the last name, Allah?
ANSWER: Because that name, (Allah) will live forever. We do not mean
it will always be expressed in Arabic or at the same vibration. However,
the nature or meaning will remain the same. QUESTION: How can a
FOI/MGT get their Holy Name on the secular [state] identification,
without going to the Devil’s Court and paying or requesting a Name
Change?

ANSWER: Our Holy Names belong to us by nature, they always are

part of our Being. When a FOI/ MGT recognizes their Holy Name that
is conclusive. No one, or no thing else is necessary. We simply are
becoming conscious through the “Mental” resurrection of the
Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding of Ourselves by the original,
direct and raw teachings of Messenger Elijah Muhammad. This
Spiritual-science covers the spiritual and secular realm of our national
identity. We are Asiatics, or The First World People, every square inch
of the planet earth is our homeland. If we want to use our Holy Names
in any other Nation we do so from the position that we already own our
Holy Names. In America, people are not known by the government by
their names, there are many with the same names. They are known by
their Social Security Numbers. Therefore, to get your Holy Name on
your State or secular Identifications, [State Driver’s License, State
Identification, Medicare, etc.] simply fill out a new Social Security
application, which will ask you, What name do you want on your Social
Security Card. This is where you put your Holy Name, you fill out the
rest of the form and include a statement that explains that you are not
changing your name out of fraud, or to escape from any debts owed.
And that you are a Registered Member of the Nation Of Islam and
worship Allah (God) who came in the person of the Master Fard
Muhammad, (to whom all praises are due forever) and His First, Last
and Only — Messenger, the most Honorable Elijah Muhammad.

After you receive your Social Security Card with your Holy Name on it,
you can use your (so -called) Certified Birth Certificate, Utility Bills
with your place of residence, and other secular identification to transfer
your old Slave Name, [U.S. government] identifications into your Holy
Name identification. We have a DVD and Book that details the steps,
offers a alphabetical list of Arabic, African and Hebrew Holy Names
and their meanings. It also includes the actual Social Security form,
Declaration of Nationality by the Nation Of Islam, and supporting
quotes by Messenger Elijah Muhammad, the Holy Qur’an “or” Bible
and State, Federal and International Case laws on Holy Names.

QUESTION: Can FOI/MGT in the Belly of the Beast, [Prison System]

ANSWER: Yes. They can “receive” mail in their Holy Names, as long as
it has their prison number and address. However, the Prison does not
have to let them use their Holy Names on identifications, prison forms,
or out going mail, (to prevent security breeches).

A Will, (or Testament) made by a person who is of legal age, and

competent and not under duress is legally recognized by
spiritual and secular laws. Usually a Will is done by the Testator
and names the person or persons he or she would like to leave
their possession to. The Will is the binding document that

MASTER FARD MUHAMMAD’S FATHER WAS A PURE BLACK MAN

The Prophecy teaches that God took on the flesh of

the corrupted. In the early ‘1930s many of our
Black People in the Wilderness of North America,
believed in the many false pictures of
a white Jesus. Master Fard Muhammad’s father
was a pure black man who married a pure white,
Jewish woman and gave birth to Master Fard
Muhammad, *(to whom all praises are due
forever). Black produces 4 shades of black, 4
shades of brown, 4 shades of yellow and 4 shades
of red. The various colors are perceived in the
back regions of our brains. All colors are degrees
of vibration. The Messenger warned us, Being
ashamed of your own God is like eating fire.
HEAVEN IS HELL AND HELL AND IS HEAVEN

Heaven on earth is the Sun regions, the place of fire, heat,

purification. The Holy Qur'an or Bible is prefixed with Hol or
Holy, meaning our Sun. It all is symbolic to the Original Sun
Man or Son of Man, or God. The Devil is the polar opposite of
God, and reverses the facts into fictions, truth transforms into
tricks. Messenger Elijah Muhammad teaches us that Heaven
and Hell are both conditions of life. The ancient Gods wore
white to funerals, the modern Mortals wear black to funerals.
Heaven is light, known as Re, Ra, Solar, Sun, it is the place of
light, love and life. The heat or hot zone is good or the best part
of the planet earth. Hell is the polar opposite, Hell is winter,
cold, darkness and death. Summer makes Hue-mans or Humans
blacker, winter makes them whiter. Summer makes them
healthier and winter makes them sicker. This key is global and
ancient in origin. It is said in countless ways, but the
fundamental principles remain the same. By nature we are
attracted to the warmth and we repel from the coldness.
Thoughts are things, they do not become things.

We do not use compulsion or force in Islam. We are confident that the
natural laws of mother nature will make all things submit willingly or
unwillingly. We reap what we sow. There is an effect for every cause. These
are ancient principles taught by our black Ancestors and can be found in all
ancient Black, Brown, Yellow and Red civilizations and spiritual-science
texts. Our nature is to eat fresh, organic fruits. Everything else was used as
medicine or as a means of survival. It is a myth that you can find a natural
piece of fruit on this planet today. There is not one piece of organic fruit,
vegetable, herb, or meat on the planet earth, now that we have the Devils
[Caucasians] ruling every square inch of the planet earth. God also told
them, "Look! I have given you every seed -bearing plant that grows
throughout the earth, along with every tree that grows seed-bearing fruit.
They will produce your food. - Bible, (Genesis 1:29). There are
approximately 24-hours in a solar or Sun day, which is comprised of three
cycles of eight, (8+8+8 = 24 or to be more exact 23 hours, 56 minutes, and
46 seconds). Cycle One = Elimination of waste products from the
Body/Temple; Cycle Two = Ingestion or time to eat food that you grew; and
Cycle Three = Digestion or period that the Body/Temple builds or destroys
with the food/spring water that was assimilated and transformed into pure
energy. How to Eat to Live is balance. The SAD [Standard American Diet] is
How to Eat to Die or become unbalanced. Our teeth, fingers, taste buds,
esophagus, stomach, liver, kidneys, intestines or general digestive system
indicates that we are Vegans or Vegetarians by nature.

As a Minister of Messenger Elijah Muhammad’s teachings, I believe in all of

his teachings. My struggle is to help laypeople to see the whole picture, and
not just a piece of the puzzle. It is not a sin to eat meat, and our lessons
teaches us in the 17-ways to display Islamic culture, Actions are judged by
intentions, actions may appear wrong, but motives bring rewards. The
Niyyat or intention is the criteria we should judge each other with. This is
not to put the Vegan at odds with the meat eater, but to bring balance and
information to both. The best menu is the Vegan one.

We can not eat any fruits and vegetables and be healthy. There are many that
are too potent for the Body/Temple. You eat a dot of it and it may build your
immune system, but one bite of the real forbidden fruit will kill you. And
contrary to organize religions, when humans physically die, they die forever.

“There are some people who eat only fruits and vegetables. They are
Vegetarians and they live a long time — those who do not go after the wrong
kind of vegetables and fruits….We must learn to eat vegetables and fruits
and stay away from land flesh….Before the making of the white man the
Black Man did not eat animal flesh. After the removal of the white man,
there will be no more eating of this type of meat (animal flesh or even fowl).
There will be a complete stoppage and practice of the eating of land flesh
regardless to whether it is animal, beast or fowl. The people will live a

Heal Thyself Holistically, strive to eat the fruits and vegetables in How to
Eat to Live. This will prevent , treat and help heal us mentally and
biologically.

have answered Him and said, “Here I am, take me.” For the evil done
against my people (the so-called Negroes) I will not keep silent until He
executes judgment and defends my cause. Fear not my life, for He is well

PROgram) was a series of covert, and at times illegal, projects
conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic
political organizations.

The FBI has used covert operations against domestic political

groups since its inception; however, covert operations under the
official COINTELPRO label took place between 1956 and 1971.
COINTELPRO tactics are still used to this day, and have been
alleged to include discrediting targets through psychological
warfare; smearing individuals and groups using forged
documents and by planting false reports in the media;
harassment; wrongful imprisonment; and illegal violence,

including communist and socialist organizations;
organizations and individuals associated with the Civil Rights
Movement, including Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and
others associated with the Southern Christian Leadership
Conference, the National Association for the Advancement of
Colored People, and the Congress of Racial Equality and other
civil rights organizations;
black nationalist groups; the Young Lords; the Rainbow
Coalition; the American Indian Movement; the white supremist
groups; the Ku Klux Klan; the National States' Rights Party...
COINTELPRO memo proposing a plan to expose the
pregnancy of actress Jean Seberg, a financial supporter of the
Black Panther Party, hoping to "possibly cause her
embarrassment or tarnish her image with the general public".
Covert campaigns to publicly discredit activists and destroy
their interpersonal relationships were a common tactic used by
COINTELPRO agents.

RESTRICTED LAWS OF ISLAM

4. Fear no one but Allah.

5. Obey those in authority among you and obey non-believers in

authority over you as long as it does not conflict with your religion.

6. It is forbidden to commit fornication or adultery.

7. It is forbidden to commit indecent acts on another (sodomy).
8. It is forbidden to eat the pig or it's by-products.
9. Honor Allah and respect His Messenger, who is the bearer of His
Message to you and me.
10. Insubordination is forbidden.
11. Slack talk and gossip is forbidden.
12. Do not associate with those in bad standings or out of the mosque.
13. It is your duty to report all slackness, weakness and wrongdoing.
14. Do not deal with the hypocrites or show sympathy towards them.
15. No gambling of any kind (numbers, dice, cards, games of chance)
16. No smoking of any kind (reefers or cigarettes, cigar or pipe).
17. No dope (heroine, cocaine or any other).
18. No drinking (wine, whiskey, beer, ale, alcohol, or other intoxicants).
19. We must be clean at all times (mind and body) at home and abroad.
20. No lying (speak the truth regardless of circumstances).
21. No stealing, be kind and do good to all.
22. Do not commit acts of violence on ourselves or others.
23. Keep up prayer, do unto others as you want done unto you.
24. Spend of what Allah has given you in the cause of Islam.
25. Love your brother believer as yourself; kill no one whom Allah has
not ordered to be killed.

26. Do not feel, rub or pat sisters, do not stare at sisters or watch the
movements of their bodies: do not lust.

THE MODERN MISEDUCATION OF THE (SO-CALLED)
AFRICAN-AMERICANS

“You and I may go to Harvard, we may go to York of England, or go to Al

Ahzar in Cairo and get degrees from all of these great seats of learning. But
we will never be recognized until we recognize our women.” ― Elijah

The myth of white world supremacy has infected every atom in our
universe. Therefore, we should not be surprised to see capitalism-
imperialism has extended into Amerikkka’s educational system. There
is a conscious, automatic and subconscious attack to dismantle all Black
or African centered schools from our babies to our elders. In this age of
social media it is axiomatic that eBooks, on-line courses, etc., should
have dramatically reduced the economic cost for a (so-called) education.

Messenger Elijah Muhammad pointed out the need for independent

black schools. And the fact that we need more than the three ‘Rs’ of
reading, riting and rithmatic. We also need the Knowledge of Self and
the training to do for self. At present we see our children, teens and
adults graduating from one white supremacy degree to another and they
come out with a greater desire to serve, protect and maintain the white
race’s institutions, rather than use the information and training to Do
For Self.

We gain lots of data and memorization. However, data in a computer

does not become information unless and until it is processed. Most black
students have a lot of information from Amerikkka’s mis-educational
system. And even though they may make a little more fiat or fake money
for working closer to the Devils. At the end of the day they are just like
the “mentally” deads that our elders taught us about and which we can
learn about in the MISEDUCATION OF THE NEGRO by Carter G.
Woodson.

words in which the Christian doctrine of ATONEMENT IS REJECTED
BY THE HOLY QUR’AN. Elsewhere we have: “That no bearer of
burden bears the burden of another, and that man shall have nothing
but what he [or she] strives for” (53:38, 39)…”

right and just that you should be forgiven for that of which you had no

everything that the Devil did, and tried to beat him at some of it, but we
are forgiven for all of that evil. You certainly should be happy, because I
my self was not Elijah Muhammad in those days. I thank Him for
forgiving me of the evil things I did, while I was under the Devil, though
He said He forgave me, I thank Him for forgiving me. We have no time
until motion is made, then we calculate the time from motion. The Sun
is so powerful that it makes everything in it’s circle move. There, we

“I am so sure of the truth of you and others that I always offer a reward
of $10,000 if you can find one word wrong that I teach you in the
knowledge of yourself. I am not to make a mistake in teaching you, for a
mistake in such teaching will put the people into a fisher’s net and you
will be cast into hell-fire. The days of Allah. These are beautiful days.
He Created you to be the righteous. He came to you to Bless you and to
give you the Reward of the Righteous. That is why He Forgives you for
your sins that you committed with the white people. He Blots them out
and He does not remind you of them if you will turn to righteousness.
He does not even mention the acts of evil that we did under the white
man, for He Charges the white race as making us an evil, and
unrighteous, and a filthy people. Let us glorify Allah (God) and Make
Him feel Happy for visting us with Freedom, Justice, and Equality and
the necessities of life. Do not you think that we should be happy of a
God who gives us what we have been wishing for and striving for all of
our lives and which we were never able to get? I say, let us accept Allah
(God) and follow His Messenger so that we may successfully live in
Heaven while we live. MAY THE PEACE OF ALLAH (God) BE WITH

“There is no justice for the poor, the so-called Negroes in

America as long as they are subjects under the American flag. A
great attempt is now being made on the poor, lost found, so
called Negroes to deceive them by making false friendship, and
the passage of CIVIL RIGHTS BILLS, and forcing themselves
to accept the lost-found (so-called Negroes) into their social
equality. This is only a TRAP FOR US. To accept it will make us
enemies of GOD and our BLACK PEOPLE OF AFRICA and
ASIA WHO ARE OUR TRUE FRIENDS. It would be totally
ignorant on our part to be swept away to our doom by accepting
these maelstrom promises of social equality temptations. Our
ignorant masses cannot be trusted under the charms
(temptation) of un-alike. But in the end you will REGRET
YOUR ACTIONS. If America wants to offer us a better side of
her, why not offer something of permanent good, such as a
portion of the country (a few states) for our ever-increasing
poplation? Will the white man fool himself in continuously
making promises to us that he knows he cannot fulfill? He has
his own problems of unemployment, with the ever-increasing
unemployed of his own kind fleeing from Asia and Africa, plus
the loss of foreign trade. Can we hope for him to care for us and
our children forever? No! We need a place on this earth that we
can call our own, and go to work and produce our own needs;
and this will provide us with employment for our unemployed.

ELECTIC SYSTEM (USING THE BEST PART)

The devils reared the poor so-called Negroes for 400 years and put fear in
them when they were babies. They (the devils) kept them apart from their
own kind coming in from abroad, so as to deprive them of any knowledge
other than what he (the devil) has taught them. As soon as they hear of a so-
called Negro learning and teaching his own people that which they (the
devils) would not teach them, the devils then seek to kill that one or trail him
wherever he goes, threatening those who would listen to him, believe him
and follow him. Knowing that their very presence and inquiries might
frighten or scare Negroes they. ask, “What is this you are listening to and
believing in?” This will frighten most of them away from accepting his or
her own salvation and keep them from returning to their own God, religion
and people.”

The Bible teaches in the Book of Ecclesiastes that there is nothing new
under the sun. And John the Baptist was the forrunner to Jesus. In
modern Hip Hop we hear Jay-Z explain that he made it a hot verse, I
made it a hot song. These principles are often overlooked, ignored or
forgotten. And we think that just because it is the first time we heard a
teaching, it is the first time it was taught. Scholars now realize ancient
Kemet (Egypt) grew out of Nubia (Sdan) and they grew out of even
older, forgotten civilizations. It is the same with all religions or spiritual
systems and movements on earth. Concepts are directly and indirectly
linked to other concepts. Atoms bond with atoms, ideas merge. History
repeats herself. Cultures meet and are never the same again.

When you study leadership you will find that every teacher had to be
taught. Every writer had to read. This does not negate the special flavor
or unique formula that the individual makes manifest. Take our Sun for
example, all over the world we will see ancient Sun worshipping
societies, [directly or indirectly]. The nomenclature or various languages
may call the Sun RA, RE, HELI or Hell. No matter how old the teaching
may appear, there are known or lost records of an even older teaching
on the subject. In addition, any effect needs a cause. In the case of Our
Sun, Messenger Elijah Muhammad teaches us, The Sun is made and is
not created. When we make something we start with some-thing. When
we create a thing, we start with no-thing. Now, our Sun is made of tiny
atoms of Hydrogen and Helium and trace elements. There had to be a
light ‘before’ the light of our present Sun. And in Our Saviour Has
Arrived the Messenger wisd., One day our Sun will burn out. Whether
you call yourself a Pan African, Hebrew, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist,
Catholic, Protestant, Agnostic, Atheist or Muslim. You are actually
studying and striving to practice the same things, (just in a different
way). I pray within, (and work without) that we make the transition
from looking at our negatives, [we all have negatives and positives]. The
Nations of the United Nations, the 13 Colonies, etc., all had negatives,
beefs, disptes, disagreements, rivalries, and previous conflicts that often
resulted in death and the destruction of property. However, the level-
leaders realized the timely needs for some time of operational unity. The
Black Nations of the world must reach this level of the Struggle. We
differed for more years than we can calculate. And most likely we will
have our difference for many generations to come. However, that should
not stop us from forming a UNITED BLACK FRONT as so many of our
ancestors strove to bring about.

Our Eclectic siminars are designed to bring Blacks with different view
points to the same forum to look at the best part of each system. A
Moderator will pick a subject matter, [for example] : Economics. And
each representative would explain the strengths and weaknesses of black
economics from their point of view in Africa, the Bible, the Qur’an,
Law, Hustling, etc. The images are not those of Blacks being beat, hung,
burned or drowned. But those of Blacks fighting back, winning, chasing
the Devils, and showing and proving we have it in us to overcome our
oppressors too.

What The Muslims Want

THIS IS THE QUESTION ASKED MOST FREQUENTLY BY BOTH
THE WHITES AND THE BLACKS. THE ANSWERS TO THIS
QUESTION I SHALL STATE AS SIMPLY AS POSSIBLE.
1. We want freedom. We want a full and complete freedom. 2. We want
justice. Equal justice under the law. We want justice applied equally to
all, regardless of creed or class or color.
3. We want equality of opportunity. We want equal membership in
society with the best in civilized society.

4. We want our people in America whose parents or grandparents were

descendants from slaves, to be allowed to establish a separate state or
territory of their own–either on this continent or elsewhere. We believe
that our former slave masters are obligated to provide such land and
that the area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe that our
former slave masters are obligated to maintain and supply our needs in
this separate territory for the next 20 to 25 years–until we are able to
produce and supply our own needs.

Since we cannot get along with them in peace and equality, after giving them
400 years of our sweat and blood and receiving in return some of the worst
treatment human beings have ever experienced, we believe our contributions
to this land and the suffering forced upon us by white America, justifies our
demand for complete separation in a state or territory of our own.

5. We want freedom for all Believers of Islam now held in federal prisons.
We want freedom for all black men and women now under death sentence in
innumerable prisons in the North as well as the South. We want every black
man and woman to have the freedom to accept or reject being separated
from the slave master’s children and establish a land of their own.

We know that the above plan for the solution of the black and white
conflict is the best and only answer to the problem between two people.
6. We want an immediate end to the police brutality and mob attacks against
the so-called Negro throughout the United States. We believe that the
Federal government should intercede to see that black men and women tried
in white courts receive justice in accordance with the laws of the land–or
allow us to build a new nation for ourselves, dedicated to justice, freedom
and liberty.

7. As long as we are not allowed to establish a state or territory of our own,

we demand not only equal justice under the laws of the United States, but
equal employment opportunities–NOW!

We do not believe that after 400 years of free or nearly free labor, sweat and
blood, which has helped America become rich and powerful, so many
thousands of black people should have to subsist on relief or charity or live
in poor houses.

8. We want the government of the United States to exempt our people from
ALL taxation as long as we are deprived of equal justice under the laws of
the land.

9. We want equal education–but separate schools up to 16 for boys and 18

for girls on the condition that the girls be sent to women’s colleges and
universities. We want all black children educated, taught and trained by their
own teachers. Under such schooling system we believe we will make a
better nation of people. The United States government should provide, free,
all necessary text books and equipment, schools and college buildings. The

What The Muslims Believe

1. WE BELIEVE In the One God whose proper

Name is Allah. 2. WE BELIEVE in the Holy Qur’an and in the
Scriptures of all the Prophets of God.

3. WE BELIEVE in the truth of the Bible, but we believe that it

has been tampered with and must be reinterpreted so that
mankind will not be snared by the falsehoods that have been
added to it.

4. WE BELIEVE in Allah’s Prophets and the Scriptures they

brought to the people.

5. WE BELIEVE in the the resurrection of the dead–not in

physical resurrection–but in mental resurrection. We believe
that the socalled Negroes are most in need of mental
resurrection; therefore they will be resurrected first.
Furthermore, we believe we are the people of God’s choice, as it
has been written, that God would choose the rejected and the
despised. We can find no other persons fitting this description in
these last days more that the socalled Negroes in America. We
believe in the resurrection of the righteous.

6. WE BELIEVE in the judgment; we believe this first

judgment will take place as God revealed, in America…

7. WE BELIEVE this is the time in history for the separation of

the so-called Negroes and the so-called white Americans. We
believe the black man should be freed in name as well as in fact.
By this we mean that he should be freed from the names
imposed upon him by his former slave masters. Names which
identified him as being the slave master’s slave. We believe that
if we are free indeed, we should go in our own people’s names–
the black people of the Earth.

8. WE BELIEVE in justice for all, whether in God or not; we

believe as others, that we are due equal justice as human beings. We
believe in equality–as a nation–of equals. We do not believe that we
are equal with our slave masters in the status of “freed slaves.”

We recognize and respect American citizens as independent peoples

and we respect their laws which govern this nation.

9. WE BELIEVE that the offer of integration is hypocritical and is

made by those who are trying to deceive the black peoples into
believing that their 400-year-old open enemies of freedom, justice
and equality are, all of a sudden, their “friends.” Furthermore, we
believe that such deception is intended to prevent black people from
realizing that the time in history has arrived for the separation from
the whites of this nation.

If the white people are truthful about their professed friendship

toward the so-called Negro, they can prove it by dividing up
America with their slaves. We do not believe that America will ever
be able to furnish enough jobs for her own millions of unemployed,
in addition to jobs for the 20,000,000 black people as well.

10. WE BELIEVE that we who declare ourselves to be righteous

Muslims, should not participate in wars which take the lives of
humans. We do not believe this nation should force us to take part in
such wars, for we have nothing to gain from it unless America
agrees to give us the necessary territory wherein we may have
something to fight for.

11. WE BELIEVE our women should be respected and protected as

the women of other nationalities are respected and protected.

12. WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Person of

Master W. Fard Muhammad, July, 1930; the long-awaited
“Messiah” of the Christians and the “Mahdi” of the Muslims.

We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besides HIM
there is no god and He will bring about a universal government of
peace wherein we all can live in peace together.

“The Flag of Islam represents Freedom,

Justice and Equality.” - Messenger Elijah Muhammad (Our Flag)
The Holy Flag of Islam symbolizes everyone and thing in existence. It
has been modified many times over the years. Messenger Elijah
Muhammad teaches us the original tribe of Shabazz had an all red Flag.
Which symbolizes the Sun or Freedom. We did not have a moon on our
flag prior to 66-trillion years ago. And we did not have a star on our flag
prior to 72-trillion years ago. Our ancient flag was not a rectangle, nor a
square or circle like the modern forms in usage today. Our older flag
was like the Banners or similar to the pyramid shapes. Our flag is based
on mathematics or Islam. Geometry, geology, astronomy, chemistry,
genetics, cosmology, physica, algebra, spirituality, NU-merology,
meteorology, theology, anatomy, psychology, botany, cartography, and
many other sciences of life are manifested by and in the Flag of Islam.

The First, Last and Only — Messenger, the most Honorable Elijah
Muhammad teaches us the Star symbolizes Justice. And the Moon
symbolizes Equality. The Messenger explained that in the future our
Flag would take on another Moon (*) which symbolizes the mastery of
the Black Nation of the Old Islam (* and the New Islam *), in the Arabic
language it is called Al-Ariq Islam, [The Old Islam] and Al-Jaddai
Islam, [The New Islam]. The Holy Qur’an mentions the Prophet seeing
the Moon rising between two Mountain peeks, [which naturally forms
two Crescent moons as a sign. And Mother Tynetta Muhammad used to
write her articles in the Final Call newspaper showing the Flag of Islam
with two Crescent moons. She explained in the newspaper under the
Number 19 that Messenger Elijah Muhammad also explained that our
present Flag of Islam would take on a new moon or crescent. The Last
Messenger in the 1972 Theology of Time explained the other stages of
the moon symbolizes our rise in understanding Islam. Students of
Kemet [black Egypt] are taught about Ra or Re and his position rising
on the horizon. There is nothing new under the sun, is the Biblical way
of saying everything we have now has it’s origin in ancient Black
civilization.
BLACK LAND COLONY
“We need some land to call our own.” Messenger Elijah

If you study the rise of ancient colonies that grew into nation-
states, nations and world powers. They all start from the simple
and develop into the complex. Sometime we can be so cautious
or careful that we ultimately do not reach our goal. Effective
and efficient people do not worry about crossing their ‘t’ or
doting their ‘I’. As the Holy Qur’an gives the law of gradualism,
Islam grew in stages or degrees.
Look around the world and observe. You will notice houses
normally grow out of the land that they people live on. E.g., [for
example]:
If the land is a woodland, full of trees they make log cabins; If
the land is cold, snowy and icy they make igloos; If the land is a
prairie and full of tall grasses they make straw huts; If the land
is hard and stony they make themselves at home, in caves; If the
land is covered by rocks they make stone houses; If the land is
covered by packed clay they make brick houses; If the land is
covered by sand they make sand and clay or use skin homes; If
the land is swampy or flooded they make tree houses or raft
homes, etc.
The cultural link to the land gives the people experience,
cohesion, unity of purpose and ultimately a national identity.
Those like the Native Americans, [so-called Indians] that form
brave warriors, but fail to unite them into an Army may be
invaded by a superior, more organized and technologically
advanced military. Those that depend on myths, spooks and
ghosts for the defense of their people, are bound for natural,
biological and technological disasters. Unless and until we
transform our way of thinking from that of an ex-slave to that
of an on-going-warrior. We will continue to think and act within
America’s system of imperialism. There are many means and
methods to reach our individual destination, But few ways to
reach them as a collective people. Some people are more or less
able mentally and/or physically than others. We can not expect
a 9 month old child, or 99 year old to keep up with a 19 year old
runner. Some people are not ready to go to their own, many of
our leaders are not on that plane of thought yet. And most of
our people are codependent on what they are most failure and
accustomed to, i.e. [that is] America’s economic, spiritual,
social, political, educational, judicial and cultural norms.
We can speed up the process by showing them safe, balanced,
strong, healthy, fun, and righteous BLACK LAND COLONIES
world wide. The process is not necessarily new. Our people have
been living in social systems for well over 76-trillion years. Our
unity needs to include the concept of ‘united living’ based on
ancient Black World views. Two financially struggling Sisters
would be able to cut their living expenses in half if they shared a
place to live. As I travelled through places like Lancaster, PA
you can see the Amish communities. They, like the Quakers,
etc., secure farmland, build their own homes, schools, barns, etc.
They grow their own food, preserve part, sell surplus and have a
functioning Colony that meets the spiritual, nutritional, health,
educational, moral and political needs of their members. I
personally differ with their antitechnology and lack of a self-
defense program. When things fall apart and anarchy, famine,
revolution, terrorism, warfare, flood, earthquake, drought,
blizzard, fire, economic collapse, or the general fall of America
comes to pass. Black people will be like the Grasshopper or the
Squirrel. The Messenger warned us, that the Grasshopper hops
around all summer and sees so much green grass the thought of
saving some of the green is seen as unnecessary. This is how
those with a little green-money think, they do not want save,
invest or pool their resources, education and qualifications for
independence, like the wise Squirrel who gathers acorns and
survives the bitter winter season. This will allow us to buy some
land and activate a present place of refuge for our people, and
give us the experience to seek land outside of America. Let us
unite and live together on our own land in America, and

Messenger Elijah Muhammad did not consider himself a

“citizen of the United States of America.” And he did not believe
in the Devil’s Court’s, State or Federal Charters, nor the Bill of
Rights that were codified into law, but never enforced on behalf
of the Asiatic Black Nation in this Nation. However, like any
wise General trying to survive, adapt and overcome obstacles on
the front line. The Last Messenger used the Devils’ own words,

Messenger Elijah Muhammad teaches us Charity or Love is one of the
