Team Structure:
• The team will be divided into two separate teams: Alpha and Beta.
• Alpha Team focuses on conversion.
• Beta Team focuses on lead generation.
Qualification Criteria:
• Alpha Team qualification: 2 payments in 10 Responses.
• Beta Team qualification: Lead generation should be in the range of 80-100
in the group.
Payment Structure:
• Payment division is 1:1.
• Both Alpha and Beta teams receive equal payment for their respective
tasks.

Task Duration:
• Completion of Career Counseling lead generation within 1-2 days.
• Webinars will be conducted by TL’s and ATL after lead generation.
Meetings:
• Two weekly meetings are scheduled.
Recovery Process:
• Pre and post-recovery should be completed within 4 days.
Program Transition:
• There is a plan to transition from a recorded self-paced program (3.5k) to a mentor-led program
(7.5k) to increase revenue.
• This transition will be gradual.
Acting TL:
• On the third month, a new ATL will work with the current ATLs for one month.
• During this period, 60% of the payment comes from the new intern, and 40% comes from the current
ATL.
