1. Briefly discuss the scenario / events / reading.

-In the video, they are demonstrating an effective resuscitation team. The
simulation have 16 members. The demonstration begins at emergency local department
where 65 year old woman has brought in and complaining about epigastric discomfort.

2.How do you feel about it? (You may include comments and conclusions)

-We must carefully examine it and pay close attention to it. It has the potential to
save countless lives, but it also has the potential to kill if used incorrectly.

3.What have you learned from it?

- Team dynamics are so critical during resuscitation attempt, the better you
work as a team, the better potential outcome for your patient. Communication
is also important. When communicating in a closed-loop, the recipient of a
message or command repeats it back to the sender to ensure that it has been
understood, and then both parties agree to "close the loop." It does not require
more time, and in fact, it is likely to save time. Sharing knowledge, Clear
messages, clear roles and responsibilities is also important. I also discovered
that a thorough post-cardiac arrest treatment system greatly increases
survival rates. The only technique that has been proven to improve neurologic
recovery is hypothermia, therefore be aware of your local systems' post-
cardiac arrest care strategy.
